After 30 Halloween seasons, Chuck’s House of Magic is excited to announce they will be doing business under a new name, Garrett Design Group as of November 1, 2011. The original owners’ son, Garrett Gruberman, who grew up in the business and became a full partner in 2005, will head up the expansion of the balloon and event decor business which has been the mainstay of Chuck’s House of Magic for 25 years.
